How is it already the last week of February? I thought I was doing well, and I have—with the actual reading part, but not so much with the blog. Here I am again.

I have not been listening to many audiobooks. I used to have a zillion doctor appointments, so I would use audiobooks while sitting patiently or, at times, not so patient. I am stuck on how to fix that because, except for the gym, I don’t go anywhere. This week, I will start experimenting. There has to be a way to fit it into my schedule.

How do you listen to audiobooks?

My hold for Bone Dust and Bookshops finally came in, and I wasted no time going to the library to get the book. I love that series!

Ever since the Great Orange One took power, I have read a lot of fiction. It is pure escapism and gives me hope. No matter what is happening here on earth, other beings have managed to survive much worse, so I am hopeful. I may err on the side of toxic optimism, but as long as hope is present, it is not over.

What I plan to read this week

  • Books shop and bone dust
  • Jo Nesbo- The Thirst- I got hooked on this series way back in the day before my brain went on strike. It is back now, and I will read a LOT of backlit books. This is one of them.
  • Ash and Quill: I remember when this came out, and it was during my darkest days, so I didn’t get full enjoyment out of it. Now that my brain fog is gone and I am healthy, I hope my brain can better understand what I am reading.

I am also listening to this book. So far, there is not much new information, so we will see how it goes.
