It is no secret around these parts that Modern Darcy is one of my most fave bloggers. She recently did a post called Books That I am Afraid to recommend.. I am always looking for recommendations but I was almost proof positive that post was not going to yield very many if any at all recs.
Then
I had assumed that this was gonna be a treatise on sex with your brain, not a play by play retelling of the act.
Again I was NOT expecting to get a graphic play by play of the whole act. After all, even though I have heard of the phase whore in the sheets a lady in the streets or some such. bUT mODERN Mrs. Darcy was worlds away from THAT. In that vein, I had assumed that this was going to be more of an “intellectual” something. You know what I mean. That time when you have one of the best conversations that seem to cross time and space and leave you feeling that you have found your soul mate. I had wondered what Modern Mrs. Darcy was so afraid of so I got the audiobook from Scribd then promptly started listening in an attempt to obtain such verbal feats out of MY boyfriends.
What I wasn’t expecting was the whole straddling the line between a dull fuck session and intelligent intercourse. I am going to tell you straight up that I thought my brain and implants had finally copped out and now was hearing almost porn in everything.
I was not. I listened to this one straight through, and the whole time my jaw was on the floor. I kept going what WHAT?!
A little background about m I was raised in Central Appalachia where one did not receive the best of Sexual education so to read and by a PASTER no less than a week before engaging in sex on your honeymoon to talk with your Dr About stretching you out so that both parties can gain some pleasure from the umm act.
I know I never went to church is a few years but ONG OMG has the reality of sex come such a full socle that untold woman is using contraptions to make sure they are “Lose” enough for da man?
Holy shit
And to top it off I will never be able to think of the woman aka lady who recommended it the same way every again/ I am also dting to know if I am the only woman in time that had no idea that a pussy stretcher even existed.
Still, I am not even sure how to process this whole book. I have no fucking idea ( see what I did there) if I also found huge portions of this book valid.
Still, if you like me grew up in a repressive household and have to know how the first time is gonna be then by a means go and get you a copy. Then email me to let me know what you thought of the ideas n this book.
