I saw Suey of Suey’s Books post about Bout of Books 9.0 and I thought what a great way to bring in the new year! So here is my sign up and goal post. What is bought of books you ask?
The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 6th and runs through Sunday, January 12th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. Goals
Read as many of my 30 books I have out from the library as possible. I know, I know, I cant help it, There are so many books to read and so little time!
Make new blogging friends. This ties in with one on my Goals for 2014 to not be a complete recluse. I know there are people out there who are as nerdy and love books as much as me!
These are the only two goals I have. I have learned to keep goals short and doable, then I am more likely to accomplish them.
