This past week has been horrible for my Weight Watchers diet. I would get these anxiety attacks and cram whatever I could in my mouth. I sat down and analyzed what I could do this week differently instead. Lat year I took fish oil for anxiety and it really helped so I am going to get some more. I know a lot of it due to quitting smoking and the changing of the seasons so I am going to have to come up with a list of things to do instead. One thing that I find that really helps is the Superbetter game. I am so glad I found that game. It really helps in times of stress. I just need to remember to implement it in the heat of the moment.
So this is a new week I am not going to beat myself up. I am going to focus on making this week the best week possible. I am going to track all my food, drink all my water and try to get in two days of my walking DVD.
