Working Out
I have now been working out for three months, and my anxiety and depression have lifted COMPLETELY! I have found a combo of Essential oils, and a couple of young living products and exercise and the paleo diet to complexity eliminate my depression and anxiety.
Paleo
I have come to a sad conclusion that my body hates carbs. As Mark Session said in his book Keto Reset Diet His body acts up when he fuels tank with cheap fuel. I had to laugh cause my body is the same way. If I eat too many starchy veggies or worse bread and refined sugar, then I feel like complete and utter shit.
At 37 I HAVE FINALLY COME TO REALIZE THAT IF I want to look and feel my best I have to follow a paleo diet. I know some people scream that we who follow Paleo is going to drop dead of a heart attack but, it is what workes for ME. I am thankful to the friend who introduced me to the Paleo diet. It has healed my body is so many ways.
My Implants
Especially now that I can understand podcast and audiobooks. When I first got them I was like ehhh, but they grew on me, and now I wear them all the time except when I am asleep. I work listing to music I listen to podcasts in the am when I first wake up and am waiting for my meds to kick in. I can clean and do other things while listening to music or audiobooks. I never knew how much I was missing until they starting working.
