This is a new weekly thing that I am doing to keep myself accountable to my goals. I am hoping that doing a weekly review will help me keep track and motivate me to actually do them.
- Be consistent with blogging hahaha this did not happen. To be honest I have been eating like crap so I feel like crap. I have a plan to change that though. I am going to start planning out my meals in advance so i will know what i am going to eat.
- Make more of an effort to comment on blog posts that I like-nope. I still lurked more than I commented this week.
- Be more extroverted Stayed a hermit. Actually I am still at my mom’s house in Ky and I have no friends here. I guess I could make some so that not a valid excuse either. hmmmm
- exercise at least three times a week-I did two times! I joined #bookblogwalkers on twitter and that has inspired me. PLus my fit bit has too. Dont wanna be tooo lazy and be in last place on the leaderboard.
- Be paleo
- Track food on myfittnesspal even if I eat something that is off plan-nope but I did put in one of my binges and I almost feel over. Damn that’s a lot of carbs I ate!
- Learn to cook paleo recipes-Nope. I will do this probably when I get back to my apt and my own Kitchen
- Find out what makes me happy and DO them!- I found taking a long hot shower than smothering myself with scented lotion makes me happy. Dunno why but it does.
- Be a better friend- no not really I need to get in contact more
- Be positive- I have improved lots on this one.
- send at least 5 queries out a week-hahahah nope
- Do Morning Pages-I did them three times this past week.
