Book Review: Happiness Files by Sidetracked Sisters

What I thought about it:

Ever since I read The Happiness Project, I have been obsessed with books on happiness. I seem to think the key to unending blissful joy is to be found in a book. *ahem* Anyways I have followed the sisters doing Flylady and had great success with them and thought that they must have equal success  in doing whatever makes them happy. In a nutshell this book tells how they write down what makes them happy on a 3 x 5 card and file it in their file and when it comes time to it they do the happy thing. It is still up to you to decide what your happy thing is. One thing they said that I had not thought about is to put how much time you have, for example, all day, 30 min and file away things that make you happy that take up that much time. I did incorporate that but rather than a 3 x 5 card I made a file in ever note. It seems to suit my paperless life better.

This is a quick short read. While there is nothing illuminating in here I enjoy the sisters banter and therefor this book.
