If We Were having Coffe….

come and see what i would tell you id we were having coffee!
I saw one of my favorite bloggers Jamie at The Perpetual Page Turner do one and I thought it was genius. I love getting to know the person behind the blog so to speak. At the moment I am drinking an orange LaCrox. No matter what your beverage of choice may come along and let’s talk about what is going on in my life at the moment
If we were having coffee, I would tell you how relieved I am to finally have found a diet and excrete program that works for me. Before BBG I had tried everything from low carb to Weight Watchers and add from the paleo one none of them worked very well. I am not fond enough of meat to sustain Paleo. Plus it seemed as if my body had stalled in making any forward progress. Granted I was playing it by eat as to what to do in the gym. And believe me when I say you may lose a few pounds due to incensed activity, but you will stall and cry. At least I did. Then I found out about BBG and decided to give it a try. I am not gonna sugar cate it and I am not gonna lie. BBG is fucking hard but guess what it WORKS! I follow the BBG vegan plan and I am on round one million in the beginner’s program but I have had dramatic weight loss with this program so far. I started following it in Jan, so this is my sixth month of doing it, and I don’t think I have EVER voluntarily stuck with a program for six months. I really feel that I can follow this way of working out and eating for a long long time.
If we were having coffee I would probably talk your ear off about my Choclear Ear implant and how amazing they are. You would never even guess I spent most of my life around Deaf people that use ASL. I like to joke that I am gonna be the next poster child for the Alexander Graham Bell Foundation. None of my friends from Gallaudet were amused at my joke. Ah well, I thought it was funny. It sooo nice to be able to interact with people that do not sign and it is even nicer than I can listen to podcasts and audiobooks.
If we were having coffee, I would tell you that audiobooks were the best invention ever. I mean you can listen to an audiobook almost anywhere. Even in places where it would be considered rude to whip out a book, you can load an audiobook on your phone, and no one has to know.
If we’re having coffee, I would tell you all about the health kick I am on. I am experimenting with a more holistic way of health. Which for me means Young Living essential oils, being a gluten-free vegan and even getting rid of what was once a shitton of toxic “friends.” I feel so much better both physically and mentally.
If we were having coffee, I would tell you that I have a severe case of wanderlust and that I hope to start traveling and living the laptop lifestyle next year.

So now you know what I would tell you now it is your turn to tell ME something!
