I’m so sorry you were suffering this past week, my goodness. Glad you’re back on your regimen. Take it easy. I was really tired this week so running was forgotten and instead I treated myself to a 90 minute nap Saturday. I’m reading a British, historical-mystery. The author is a former attorney and I love her writing style.
Meds -so important, glad you have them now and are aiming for a good reading week, with some scary material there, no doubt to see Halloween through. Enjoy.
