My Review: I had all sorts of problems. You can read about them here. When a friend suggested that I try the Paleo Diet I had to admit I was skeptical. I had tried other diets but always failed at them. I had tried Weight Watchers for YEARS and felt tired and I actually gained weight. I couldn’t seem to control my cravings at all. I had heard about the Whole30 but I thought I would never be able to give up my diet coke and pizza. I decided to try it for 30 days after reading this book and boy, did my life and perceptions change! I am now a believer in this way of eating. When I start something I want to know about it as deeply as possible so I went on a binge read of everything paleo/primal. I learned a lot. I fell with information that I can better ward off the temptation to cheat and to stay with it for the long haul.
If you are looking for an eating plan that will change your life this is it! I highly recommend this book.
