Personal goals

 

Whole 30

I yes I TRIED being vegan, but I always felt as if I was going to pass out especially when I was working out, and I did not feel that way, and I felt GREAT at the end of last year so if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Plus I lost 50 pounds on it last year and it works REALLY well for me.

 

Work out with trainer 5 days a week

The trainer doesn’t work weekends so now I am not weakling out.  After reading Gretchen Rubins better than before, I realized that I was an obliger. I NEED the outside accountability to show up consistently. So I am coughing up the dough. It is working too I went to the Dr a few days ago and I have lost 50 pounds since Nov! So that money is MORE than worth it.

 

Hit the gym seven days a week

I know you are supposed to have a rest day, but I always feel that I cant get my day started without working out at the gym. Also if I tell myself that I am going to have “off” days I would forever be in a fight with myself is THIS is an off day, so I just go all seven days of the week.

 

Couch to 5k

I was doing this last year till I went to my parent’s house in Kentucky. I was up to week three. I cant do just week 1 and two as the program automatically advances. I have to stay on day 1 for a week then day two etc. I am REALLY out of shape. That is not the point though the point is…to have a purpose to push me on the dang treadmill. Lord walking to nowhere is boring as all hell, so I tell myself I am learning to run and that motivates me instead of plodding my away on the treadmill at0.5 speed.

 

Track EVERYTHING in myfitnesspal

Again last year I was obsessive about tracking my carbs and stuff in myfitnesspal, and it helps a LOT. I bought a subscription to the premium myfitnesspal, and it is helping me a lot.

 

Read at ten books

I almost made it in Feb!! I am going to push myself in March To read/listen to at least ten books.

 

Bussiness goals

 

Get first daft of super secret project done

I am 99 percent done so I should have this done in the next couple of days.

 

Eat the frog

This is where I am gonna do the most IMPORTANT task of the day FIRST  instead of fooling around on social media for hours at a time. I need to be more productive.

 

Batch tasks

 

I have heard of people grouping similar tasks to fit more in. Like Monday is for content creation Tuesday is the business stuff etc. I am going on my calendar each week and marking down when I will do what when. I am hoping this will make me more efficient. It takes skills to write but it a whole different set of slicks to EDIT and doing it post by post is just slowing me down.

  1. I did couch to 5k last year and actually managed to finish it. Now I run 5k three times a week. Good luck with your goals!

      that is great! I am hoping that i can run without feeling like i am gonna die. Lol
