Guess what??? I am finally back to exercising!!! Sadly it is not the BBG workout that I love. I have put on a quite a bit of weight with my Hashimoto’s, and I tried to do the workout fat but doing squats at the weight I am now is a recipe for disaster. So I scoured the internet for a workout program that won’t cripple me as I regain my strength. I went through Tone it Up, Yoga with Adrienne, Beachbody, and others I was frustrated and about to give up when I came across Daily Burn. They had a program called True Beginner. I have to admit I was doubtful so I set up yet another free trial but thank the workout Gods that I love Daily Burn and deiced to stick with it for the long haul. I also really love how it integrates into Weight Watchers. After you finish a workout, it sends the info to Weight Watchers and presto you got FitPoints! And yes I also decided to stick with Weight Watchers forever and ever. That is a whole other post though.

Last week I went in to get my thyroid checked up and Failed. Lol, the DR increased my medication, and I am hoping that this does it. Have to go back in January for more blood drawn to see if I need another medication increase.

Last week I managed to get in an Audiobook, and it blew my mind in the best possible way
It was sooo good I ALMOST went and bought all the stuff in her shop then I remembered that I already HAVE a system that does me well. It is the Desire Map program by Danielle Laporte and Exists which to me is the best mood tracker on the planet among other things.
Also, I am a New Age Liberal Vegan, and the book is geared to Christians so..yeah.. am sticking with Danielle Laporte

Then I finally got around to reading
I have heard some complaints that it was not as good as that Martien and I agree, but from what I was able to read I feel this is a solid piece of sci-fi. I only got to read 75 percent before mean ole Libby took it back but I checked with my library that has dead tree books, and they have the dead tree version of Artemis so I will finish it that way.

Audio ARC I received last week
In Flames
Yep, I am REALLLLY becoming obsessed with romance books. They offer me a legal form of escape after my damn anti-anxiety med was re-classified as a narcotic and I am not in any PHYSICAL pain, so my anxiety ridden ass has turned to fiction of all kinds to forget this sad world we live in. Most times it even works. Yay books!

What I plan to read this week
A New Earth
A Map of Days

On the Blog Last Week
Nothing. First, I forgot to update my credit card to pay then I found it was expired and blah blah. I finally got it up and running but it wouldn’t work, and I had to call Bluehost and then time slipped away from me.
I have stuff written for the rest of the week not too sure how many people will read it over Thanksgiving weekend but oh well…
I did wonder what Artemis is like – I loved The Martian so am a little nervous about Artemis! Maybe some time I will read it.
Artemis is on my wishlist but I’ve been distracted by other books. My weekly updates
I actually found Artemis super disappointing, my review is here: https://wordsandpeace.com/2017/11/06/book-review-artemis/
By the way, I can’t see the very beginning of your post, and the view this post on Instagram has no link, so I have no idea what book you are talking about. I use Google Chrome on a PC.
My Monday post is here:

Thank You for letting me know! I think I fixed it!
I haven’t read The Martian yet but is it waiting for me on my Kindle. I have begun exercising at Curves. I enjoy it because it is quick and has the advantage of getting me out of the house more often. Come see my week here. Happy reading!
[…] an email newsletter are too much to type here. That is a whole other post. On the blog Last week Sunday Post/What I am reading My Thoughts on Lincoln in the Bardo I had initially planned more posts for last week, but I […]
