The biggest thing to happen to this blog is that I moved it over to self hosted WordPress site from Blogger. It was a pain to do so but I am so much happier with the way WordPress is than blogger. That means if you was following me before you should update your RSS feeds to WWW.ADVENTURESINNEVERNEVERLAND.COM

I am all caught up with reviews and lately after the 50 shades phenomenon me and a friend were discussing what we consider “real” BSDM books. Of course curiosity got the best of me and I went to the library and checked out a whole stack. (I love the library system here in Ohio. It is the best) I am sure behind my back the librarians were wondering what a woman was doing with 6 BSDM books but ahh who cares.

I have learned a lot.I learned what submission really is and how to “train” your slaves and all sorts of other things I had no idea went on in this world. If you can get over the whole woman and equal rights mentality it is a fascinating look into how far some woman will go to please a lover. I discussed this with some friends and my feminist friends were horrified. But some admitted that if conditions were right they probably would go that far. I for one had no idea that some entered into sexual slavery freely but alas they do. I even found WEBSITES and books on how to be a good slave. I am not sure if I am horrified or curious.

And that the beauty of books. One can explore easily an element that in real life may make them appalled. Look for upcoming reviews and I will discuss the topic more in depth for each book I read.
