What a week this week has been. I have been dealing with anxiety just about all week. I think it is cause I have not been exercising. I know that helps A LOT with my anxiety and depression. As of right now I have been popping the gabapentin and hoping that the dr gives me something for my knees today (Friday the 6th). I don’t want a repeat of last year depressive episode.

I had a hard time with this month’s goals as I am sidelined from exercise due to my knees which I hope will get resolved soon as I miss doing my BBG workouts. Work goals were pretty easy, but I was forced to think more on self-care in personal goals which I am so not good with. May that is a lesson that I need to learn this month is how to take care of ME instead of grinding relentlessly on losing weight do this so that I thought about what I needed and came up with the following

Personal

Track everything I eat in myfitnesspal

Imay not be able to exercise but I can control what I eat. I will admit I have been lax in tracking what I eat cause the workouts are so intense that I was still losing weight even tho I had a candy bar here and there. Now that I am sidelined for the tie being I got to be careful with what I eat.

Mediate using headspace

I started this last month, and I have found that it does wonder in dealing with stress. It has taught me to wait and calm down before I react. Even my friends notice a difference in how I handle things. I want to make it a habit in my morning routine

Keep track of my moods using exist.io

I have bipolar and keeping track of my moods plus a few other things are important, and exist.io is the best damn tracker I have ever seen. I mean seriously my love for this app knows no bounds. I have been able to see over time my moods getting worse without exercise cumulating into this last week mega anxiety attack. I have always suspected that exercise helps a lot, but now I know for sure. You can track anything you want it is incredible. And it can tell you all sorts of stuff about you. Like I am more productive when I listen to music and things like that.

Work goals

Pitch at least five people for writing

I finally got over myself and pitched someone, and it got accepted! I need to not worry so much about rejection and just start pitching and see where it all leads.

Get started on building a resource library

I have always wanted to make a resource library for this blog, but I need to have some stuff to put in it first, so I want to really put in the effort of creating things for it this month.
