The good luck I had with eating unhealthy food with no health issues in my adult life finally caught up with me.

I had a health scare, which is one big reason I went MIA. My family has the Haemochromatosis mutation thingie. If you have only one half, you are a carrier, but you are unlikely to develop the full-blown disorder.

Well, I went into the Dr. office for a routine checkup and my vegan ass iron level was through the roof. I know it made little sense to anyone. I had a close family member that died from Haemochromatosis aka liver cancer just last march and everyone panicked attacks. Like everyone else in this family it seems I had one half of the mutation I even got sent to a cancer DR “just to make sure that I really do not have it” it surprised that after my family member was first diagnosed with cancer, we alllllll were strongly encouraged to take the test. Every single person who took that genetic test had one half. The panic that all the DRS was not good for my nerves. My blood pressure went way up. I DO NOT have high blood pressure. I am gonna be honest, I was scared shitless that I too was gonna meet my maker way too soon. After three tries, the nurse put down the lowest reading, which will still be high. If only I had some gababeten for anxiety, I would have been fine in a couple hours, but this is opiate’s addiction ground zero and I had nothing.

It turned out that I was not sick.. well I still had Psoriatic Arthritis but that I can handle and I am better from it. So much better I started working out to fiton. I got the pro to get their delicious recopies and programs but the free version is good as well. I also started the semaglutide in May and it works very well!

I did NOT have Haemochromatosis so no dying a painful slow death for me.. I only had Psoriatic Arthritis (still no joke but at least it is treatable) and as I write this, I am now pain free and I even work out almost every day with Fiton. I like to say I am 98 percent better and it was a long road to get this much better, but it was more than worth it.

Found out that I DO care about my health and how I look

Tried ipsy

Another thing that shocked me was my desire to look good. It has been almost a decade and honestly I thought THAT Hillary dead and gone. Then as each day that passed and how I was getting better from Psoriatic Arthritis and I was not in any pain, I became interested in no longer looking like a num.

I wanted clean and cruelty free skin care and products and I saw someone talking about ipsy, so I checked them out and then signed up.

Since I signed up back in Jan, I have yet to be disappointed.. I have found so wonderful products to incorporate into my regular rotation.

IMHO if you do not know what brands are clean and you want to try out products first, then Ipsy is the way to go.

Joined Fiton

I am not ready to admit to my extremely high weight number, but let’s just say I needed to lose a lot of weight to help my Psoriatic Arthritis. I’ve been enjoying FitOn so far, which I picked after much thought and consideration. I also started on semaglutide back in May and let me tell you it works! It costs an arm and a leg, but it is more than worth it. I have to be honest..i feel a lot better every time the scale goes in the right direction. Every pound I lose, the better I feel.
