May 2010 goals

WINTER IS OVER!!! I did not get SAD even ONCE! Thank you, new doctor, who discovered that I needed some vitamin D supplements. They changed my life!

How is it already May? I feel better about the super speed time now because I did most of my  April Goals! The only thing that changed is that I got tired of pretending to like eating dead animals. So Mrs but how will you get protein?!? AKA my mother I was like to hell with it and went back to being a vegan, and I swear I will not be swayed ever again. All the rest I accomplished more often than not so YAY!

Continue to do the Tone it up to summer challenge. I have decided that even if a workout seems too hard, I am going to do it with modifications and to the best of my ability. I mean I couldn’t do BBG the first round either, but I kept getting stronger and leaner until my knees started hurting. The point that I am attempting to make is that I am not going to skip a day or even a routine. Or also see the workout and think holy shit then decide to do some gentle yoga instead. If it is a killer HIIT workout, I am going to do it. I am going to give this program 100 percent. The summer challenge has an eating guide that I am following plus I am also keeping track of everything on MyFittnessPal.

Ruth Soukup said one time on her podcast Do it Scared that we need to have a stretch goal so here is mine. Get to 1000 followers on Instagram. That was scary just putting that on here, but since it is out in the open, I will have to bust my butt to avoid embarrassment.

Get back into the whole Miracle Morning thingie.

I did this before, and I felt so productive. I am not at work out at 5 am level yet, but I did manage to start my day at 10 am and pushed it back to 8 am. #Progress I need to take my damn  Seroquel earlier.  Seroquel will knock out a horse, so I need to time it by taking it at 8 pm then it takes around 2 hours to kick in, and that pill knocks me out so hard that even if I do manage to open my eyes, I need this energy pill to get me going.

Read/listen to at least ten books. And keep track of them on Rock Your Reading tracker.

I will be the first to admit that this year has not been all that great with reading. I blame my shrink for taking away my Strattera. I finally got it back and omg what a difference it has made! I can focus! I READ a book last week! I have high hopes for this month.
