Well, here we are at the halfway mark on 2021. The best thing that I had this year was to get the correct diagnosis for all the pain I have had in the last three years. If you are a long-time reader, you will know that I started having knee pain, and it kept spreading, so I was referred to a special Dr, and it turned out that I did have Psoriatic Arthritis. I thought it was all in my head, but no the blood test was very real. I had very real inflammation, which I am still unclear on what it is, but the dr gave me some immune-suppressing meds.

Track EVERYTHING in Noom.

As I said in this post, I am good at exercising but not good at following healthy eating habits. If I could, I would live off of sugar alone, but one must have a healthy diet to get in shape. After all, Abs are made in the kitchen.  And the arthritis Dr told me I need to lose weight because if I don’t, I will end up in a chair. So I am doubling my efforts to be all healthy. I am one of those people who think as long as I don’t track my food intake, I did not eat it, and every time I go to a DR, I see that idea was a terrible one. SO now I am going to track every damn thing that goes in my mouth.

The Weight Loss app that I am using to lose 100 pounds!

Drink my 120 oz water a day

Again, if you think this is too much for your body, you can always change your drinking. I got my number from the Water Illma app.

Do at least 20 workouts in my tone it up in the app

I put it at 20 instead of 31 because I never know when my Psoriatic Arthritis flares up. Honestly tho it would take some severe pain to switch to yoga by Adrien. Many beginner videos would be perfect for anyone looking for very low-impact works out. I LOVE the Tone it Up program, but on t the days where I can barely hobble to the bathroom, yoga will do.

Write and post 20 blog posts.

This may seem like an ambitious goal, but when I look back on this year, I have posted four times, and that is all. That makes me super sad because I love telling people what to read. In all fairness Tho, I love blogging, and and95 percent of the things that blogging requires. To that Tho, I need to have new content on the blog every so often. Plus, I just miss blogging.

But Hillary, you are a BOOK BLOGGER. Are you going to read in July?

I am! I never have to force myself to read; that comes naturally. But to do the whole, healthy stuff now, THAT is tricky. I am terrified of what other health problems may crop up because of my weight so I am making my health a priority for July to focus my food intake this month.
