Well, April just whizzed on by. Probably cause I was staring a client deadline in the face and all my waking moments spent either in the gym or writing. I am not complaining though this is the sort of life I have always envisioned for myself. Well in my dreams I am not in Cleveland but rather in the tropics but other than that it is going great.
I am still stuck on the BBG beginner program. It sometimes feels that I am doomed to only do the beginner circuit and never advancing to the “real” workout. I am losing weight like crazy, and I can feel myself getting stronger so I know am making progress. I did not blow up to 320 pounds overnight, so I cant ex[pect to get back in shape overnight.
I love to listen to music when I am blogging or writing. I had been using brain. Fm but paying for that plus Spotify was starting to make me feel extra broke. I then went on the hunt on Spotify for a suitable playlist. I remember in college I wrote all my best papers to the tune of techno music, so I started listening to different playlists. After three weeks I FINALLY found the perfect one! I just put it on shuffle play and on repeating, and I can listen to this all day long, and it does help me focus. Plus it hooks up with exist.io so that I can accurately track just how productive I am when I listen to music.
This was my most popular Instagram. Looking at this picture, and I even impress myself. I was feeling really fat and really down that day that I took it for my monthly fitness update. Then I got both pictures in photoshop, and I was stunned. Goes to show you how off we can be about our weight. That is why it helps to have pictures to compare
I have a bit of confession to make. Last month when was extremely busy I told myself I would read and some other stuff. Then I realized that this is the start I am lining clients up quickly, and I am going to be busy forever and ever Amen. I then realized that I had to get better control of my time. I am using rescue time to keep track of what all I do. I am going to try that first, and if it does not work for my purpose, I will make a spreadsheet. Once I realize where all my time is going, I can make some changes and get a routine going that will enable me to read (which I love a lot) while still providing clients with outstanding services.

I did better than I thought which leads me to believe that I am entirely capable of having time management skills. At least I won’t have to start at zero so to speak; I need to gain better control of my time, so I can make sure everyone is getting the best of me.
